Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established franchise main dealer group, with a premium brand site based in Plymouth. Our client is looking to welcome an experienced Sales Executive to their successful and growing team. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their individual vehicle requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and detailed product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, maximising profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of vehicle stock, pricing structures, and finance products.

Package

• Hours: 08:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday.
• Alternate full weekends off - When a weekend is worked, Saturday is given back in lieu.
• £21,000 basic salary. OTE £60,000 UNCAPPED.
• Company car.
