Location: Peterborough HQ
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000-£65,000+
Bonuses: Ticket sales commission + attendance override bonuses

We are now hiring Sales Executives to join our high-energy outbound sales team, selling £97 Discovery Day business training events. This is a full end-to-end sales role - you will book your own clients, manage them through the journey, and close face-to-face sales on the day of the event.

The Role - End-to-End Sales Ownership

You will be responsible for the full client journey:

  • Calling warm outbound leads
  • Selling tickets to Discovery Day events
  • Booking your own clients onto events
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Following up and nurturing prospects before the event
  • Meeting your clients face-to-face on the event day
  • Closing sales in person when they arrive

You are the front end and closing point of the Trade Mastermind sales engine.

What You'll Do Day to Day
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
  • Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Use structured follow-up and objection-handling frameworks
  • Track KPIs daily and work to clear targets
  • Deliver professional, confident calls every time
  • Meet clients face-to-face and close sales on event days
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years' outbound phone sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing sales
  • Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills
  • Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs
  • Confidence, energy, and resilience
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills
  • A competitive, results-driven mindset

This Role Is NOT For:

  • Inbound-only salespeople
  • Appointment setters with no closing experience
  • Anyone uncomfortable with targets or call volume
  • People who do not want face-to-face sales responsibility
