Permanent Role
Monday-Friday, 12pm - 5pm - 25 hours per week (no evenings, no weekends!)
£12.21 per hour

We're excited to be recruiting a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Manston, Ramsgate. You'll be working with a bespoke Salesforce CRM, giving you the tools and support you need to succeed and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers
Building rapport understanding client needs
Handling objections confidently and professionally
Updating and managing client information on Salesforce CRM
Working towards achievable targets in a motivating environment

What We're Looking For:

Excellent telephone manner - friendly, professional and confident
Sales or calling experience - you know how to turn conversations into results
Strong problem solving skills - handling queries with confidence
Calm under pressure - comfortable managing more complex calls
Positive & motivated mindset - attitude matters just as much as experience
