Sales Executive
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a successful and growing business based in Mildenhall who are now seeking a confident Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The Role: As a Sales Executive, you ll play a key role in building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to grow the business further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the company CRM
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Travel may occasionally be required to attend client meetings or visit sites across the UK
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the travel aspect of the role
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
