Sales Executive - Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Exeter

Yeomans VW Van Centre in Exeter is seeking a Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You will sell Volkswagen's range of new and used commercial vehicles, including California Camper Van models, ID. Buzz models, and the all-new Transporter, while achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maximize sales of new and used vehicles through effective sales processes, ensuring profitability.
2. Accurately appraise vehicles offered for part exchange.
3. Maintain showroom displays to Volkswagen standards.
4. Prospect for new customers using various sources to generate additional sales.
5. Follow the established sales process consistently.
6. Create engaging content for social media platforms.
7. Manage vehicle handovers, briefing customers on vehicle operation and introducing them to Aftersales staff.
8. Maintain regular contact with customers for repeat business through follow-up processes.
9. Develop comprehensive product knowledge, including accessories and competitor features.
10. Keep accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation.
11. Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales.
