Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will inspire and support customers to learn about the Endeavour Group from their first interaction. Your role includes delivering an innovative and memorable customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing tailored experiences based on guests' interests and needs
• Answering questions to educate and inspire guests
• Introducing customers to our exciting cars and services, turning curiosity into interest
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
• Scheduling test drives and guiding customers through the purchasing process

Who you are

You are curious, creative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused. You possess strong communication skills, an empathetic nature, and a proactive attitude. You thrive in team environments, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

To succeed, you should have a passion for the Volvo brand, its design, and sustainability commitment. Automotive industry experience is preferred, with over 1 year in a customer-oriented retail environment, ideally automotive.

This role requires a valid driving license, a safe driving record, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
