Job Description

Location: Home-based with national travel

We're looking for a driven and technically mindedSales Executiveto join our team. In this home-based role, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base across the UK and internationally (via web enquiries), delivering on sales targets, and promoting the Pyroban brand and value proposition.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for consultative selling, who enjoys building strong customer relationships and thrives in a role that combines autonomy with collaboration. You'll be the face of Pyroban for many of our customers, this includes identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from enquiry to commissioning.

You will be:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK and internationally
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects and achieving sales targets with healthy margins
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Acting as the primary contact for on-site commissioning of newly delivered equipment
  • Applying a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver value
  • Preparing professional proposals and RFQs in collaboration with the Customer Service Centre
  • Maintaining accurate records and forecasts using our CRM system
  • Providing market feedback, competitor insights, and recommendations to management

We are looking for:

  • Strong commercial and technical acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident presenting to stakeholders and developing tailored proposals
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally overseas

Salary and Benefits:

The role offers a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, with a performance-based sales commission scheme and a company car. You'll also receive 25 days holiday (with the option to purchase more), a health cash plan, 5% employer pension contribution, life assurance, employee assistance programme, and various wellbeing initiatives. Plus, enjoy a 4.5 day working week with an early finish every Friday.
