Location: Outskirts of Newark

Type: Temporary

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary: £12.21 per hour

We are seeking a temporary Sales Executive for our local client. The Sales Executive will process orders via Shopify, speak to customers to answer queries, place orders, and upsell additional products.

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with inbound product inquiries
• Processing orders
• Data entry
• Some face-to-face interaction with direct customers
• General administration

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Team player
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
