We're expanding in the Spanish market and looking for a Sales Executive with solid B2C experience in selling online English courses.
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in B2C sales to help us increase enrollments in Spain. The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and passionate about education and customer success. You'll work remotely and manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-targeting individual students.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2C sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and closing.
- Contact potential clients via CRM, WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media.
- Present and promote English courses tailored to each student's needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Keep CRM systems updated with notes, tasks, and customer details.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in online education or language learning.
- Native or fluent in Spanish; English fluency is also required.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Strong self-organization and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital platforms, and remote work tools.
Nice to Have
- Previous sales experience in the Spanish market, especially in EdTech or language training.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, or SEO.
- Active network or client base in Spain.
