Snows Toyota is seeking an energetic and focused Sales Executive to join our showroom in Waterlooville. Experience is advantageous, but a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is essential. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and selling our products. Full training will be provided on our vehicles and systems.

Your daily responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will identify and develop prospects, understand customer needs, and guide them towards suitable products, closing sales effectively.
Your day will include:
- Demonstrating vehicle options, understanding customer buying strategies, and encouraging test drives.
- Negotiating price, payment, and finance options within company guidelines.
- Participating in training and development to meet company objectives.
- Liaising with Sales Administration for product availability, order processing, and scheduling additional vehicle services before delivery.
- Following up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
- Planning daily sales activities, including calling prospects and existing customers to generate new business.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other dealership teams to provide seamless customer service.

Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch, day off during the week)
- Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
