Job Title - Sales Executive (Car Rental Sector)

Job Location - Stansted Airport

Salary - £18,533 with a £30k OTE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rental services to holidaymakers, local businesses, and the general public. Your role includes upgrading existing bookings made online, such as upgrading to a luxury or larger vehicle, offering enhanced insurance, child and baby seats, and satellite navigation.

Responsibilities:

• Offer and persuade clients to add additional products to their rental contracts.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Manage booking documents, finalise contracts, and allocate vehicles following established procedures.
• Provide clients with accurate information to complete rental agreements.
• Record client data and relevant information into the company's system.
• Maintain professional and courteous behaviour.
• Complete operational reports as required.
• Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals, billing, breakdowns, accidents, and other issues.
• Occasionally inspect vehicles for damages and manage objects left behind.
