Job Description

Sales Executive with min 3 years of experience in Private Aviation.

Your profile

  • 3 years of experience minimum in the business aviation industry (broker, operator, etc.)
  • Strong ability to build long-term relationships in an international and multicultural environment
  • Excellent decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor with a strong client-service mindset
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven, service-oriented industry
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong asset (Arabic, German, Spanish, Russian, Italian or French)

The Role

As part of a dynamic commercial team, you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of high-value clients. You will be involved throughout the full commercial life cycle, from initial contact to delivery and follow-up, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a client portfolio through proactive outreach and inbound requests
  • Understanding client needs and proposing appropriate, customized solutions
  • Coordinating with selected external partners and stakeholders
  • Managing negotiations and operational follow-up
  • Maintaining regular and transparent communication with clients
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal commercial practices
