What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to handover
• Advise on premium products and services, meeting customer needs with confidence
• Drive sales activity to achieve volume and profitability targets
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and professional conduct
• Build strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals

Who We're Looking For

• You're ambitious, passionate about people and sales, and thrive in a high energy, target driven environment.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• A proactive, results focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence required
• Previous experience in premium product sales is desirable, but drive and professionalism are essential

What's On Offer

• Competitive OTE circa £45,000
• Working hours 8.30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, day off in the week + Saturday or Sunday rota
