Snows Peugeot is seeking an energetic, focused Sales Executive to join our showroom in Chichester. Experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is crucial. You should have a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy building rapport with customers to sell our products. Full training on our cars and systems will be provided.

Your Day
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, understanding customer needs, guiding them to suitable products, and closing sales.
Your daily activities will include:
- Demonstrating suitable options, understanding customer buying strategies, and encouraging test drives.
- Negotiating price, payment methods, and finance options within company guidelines.
- Participating in training and development to support company goals.
- Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, updating records, and scheduling vehicle preparations.
- Following up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
- Planning and organizing your sales activities, including contacting prospects to generate new business.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with good response skills.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs.
- Positive attitude towards organizational and market changes.
- Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch and a day off during the week)
- Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch, rota basis)
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (rota basis)
