Job Title: New Homes Sales Executive - Hessle, East Yorkshire

Salary: £45,000 OTE

Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire.

We're Hiring! Our client, a leading developer in Hessle East Yorkshire, is looking for a Motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in new homes sales, but candidates with an estate agent background or a similar sales role will also be considered.

The Role:

• Actively manage the sales process from enquiry to completion
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering outstanding service
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Promote new developments in line with company standards and branding

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred
• Candidates from estate agency or other sales environments are welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
