Job Title: Cyber Security Event Specialist (Temp Role - Start ASAP)

Location: Holborn, London

Office-Based: 5 days a week

German speaking

• Join a leading team in Cyber Security events with 20+ years of experience in the industry.
• Manage and support 20 international shows annually.
• Engage with high-profile clients and industry leaders across global Cyber Security events.
• Ideal for candidates with B2B sales, media, or events experience.

• Support planning and execution of international Cyber Security events.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and on-site operations.
• Manage attendee registration, communications, and customer queries.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist with marketing, sales, and promotional activities where required.
• Provide real-time support and problem-solving during events.
• Maintain event documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, media, or events (preferred).
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work full-time, office-based, and travel occasionally for international events.
