Working Days: Thursday - Monday

Our client, a well-established new homes developer, is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team on a development in the Doncaster area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, results-driven sales professional with proven experience in new homes sales to join a quality developer offering strong earning potential.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day sales activity on site

• Handling customer enquiries, viewings, and reservations

• Guiding purchasers through the full sales journey to completion

• Delivering a high level of customer service and aftersales care

• Maintaining high presentation standards within the sales office and show homes

• Achieving individual and site sales targets

About You

• Proven experience in new homes sales is essential

• Professional, personable, and customer-focused

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a proactive approach

• Able to work independently on site

What's on Offer

• Basic salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (DOE)

• OTE: £55,000

• Working days: Thursday - Monday

• Opportunity to work with a respected developer
