The Role

You will be a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

  • Create a refined, welcoming environment for every client
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
  • Deliver a client experience centred around storytelling and emotion
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Maintain impeccable boutique standards alongside the team
  • Develop strong product knowledge through ongoing training
About You
  • Passionate about jewellery, even if you haven't worked within it before
  • Naturally client centric, with a strong focus on service and relationships
  • Articulate and refined in your communication and manner
  • Commercially aware, with a drive to achieve results
  • Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous
