Your new role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive technical wins by developing champions within accounts.
• Deliver product demos, proof of concepts, and solution designs.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations.
• Manage and coordinate tender responses and maintain high-quality RfX documentation.
• Collaborate on technical solution design with Product & Technology teams.
• Provide customer insights to influence product roadmaps and feature development.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership content.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with fellow Sales Engineers to continuously improve.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering role within a tech-led organisation (preferably in security, camera tech, or SaaS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the UK/Ireland.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
