Sales Engineer - After Sales

Hours: Mon - Thurs: (7:30am - 16:00pm) Fri: (7:30am - 13:00pm)

Location: Worcester, West Midlands

Are you an experienced After Sales Engineer or in a Technical CAD role and wants to progress into sales? Then this opportunity cannot be missed! I'm currently recruiting for a leading Engineering company based in Worcester. My client is looking for a After Sales Engineer on a full time, permanent basis due to growth in the company.

• Act as an initial point of contact for customers, understanding their needs over the phone or in person
• Responding to customer enquiries on email or on the phone
• Develop bespoke layouts, pricing and quotations, ensuring all quotes are accurate and clear
• Provide technical product guidance and pre-sales support, maintaining a strong understanding of products
• Coordinate orders from enquiry to completion, ensuring customers are contacted throughout
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining accurate records of quotes/data and attending customer or site visits when required

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to read technical drawings, ideally produced from AutoCAD
• Ability to use SAGE 200 or similar
• Excellent team player and problem solver
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
