Job Description

Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist

Contract: 2 Months (Possibility of extension)

Location: Egham, Surrey (1-2 times a fortnight)

Position Overview:

Seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialists. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with top-performing sales representatives to capture best practices. This role is pivotal in gathering actionable insights to support our ongoing sales enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured interviews with selected CSEs, following a provided subject matter and list of questions.
  • Ask open-ended questions and effectively guide conversations to ensure comprehensive and insightful responses.
  • Record detailed notes and key takeaways from each interview, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Document the output of each conversation in a Word document, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to understand priorities and deadlines, managing workload efficiently to meet project milestones.
  • Maintain professionalism throughout the interview and documentation process.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and escalate any challenges or delays in a timely manner.

Skills:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years+ professional experience
  • Proven experience in interviewing, sales enablement, sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and elicit meaningful insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule multiple interviews and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Meticulous note-taking abilities and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in a sales or customer success environment is a plus.
