Drive a transformational Away From Home growth agenda across our Snacks and Grains UK business, meaningfully doubling the UK AFH business over the next 2-5 years. Lead a best-in-class AFH team with a key focus on delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities• Develop and gain buy-in for the Away from Home channel strategy, identifying key areas to focus on.
• Lead an account and field sales team to develop the business profitably across the AFH channel.
• Manage the mix of PepsiCo products sold through multiple customers, developing strategies to increase high-revenue impulse packs and products.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers at the Trading Director level, and foster PepsiCo's partnerships with top accounts.
• Set and communicate a clear vision and objectives to motivate and inspire the sales team.
• Lead the development and growth of the wider sales team.
• Oversee the execution of the annual sales revenue plan for the channel.
• Manage sales promotions, terms, and promotional efficiency targets effectively.
• Ensure delivery of JBPs and internal metrics through the PepsiCo matrix, aligning channels and categories internally.
• Maintain high standards of in-outlet execution, including distribution, display, and promotion, as per the UK marketing calendar and operating plan.
Qualifications• Extensive experience in the Out of Home channel.
• Proven ability to engage with senior contacts in roles.
• Demonstrated business leadership with channel strategy expertise.
• Strong matrix management skills and experience leading large teams.
