Job Description
As part of future developments for our clients in French-speaking Switzerland, we are regularly looking for Sales Director profiles. Sales DirectorDefine and manage BtoB sales in Switzerland to develop the client portfolio (SMEs, mid-sized companies, large accounts), optimize the performance of sales teams, and ensure sustainable revenue growth by defining market positioning, sector priorities, and growth strategies. Structure and manage a sales pipeline (prospecting, follow-ups, closing). Identify new business opportunities with potential clients. Prospect mid-sized or large companies in Switzerland and abroad, ensuring follow-up on commercial activities. Oversee the preparation and writing of bids for tenders in collaboration with internal teams, participate in presentations and commercial negotiations. Develop and activate an existing professional network. Participate in events, trade shows, and business meetings, join networks, and feed a new CRM. Monitor performance indicators and ensure regular reporting.
