- Define and execute Serein's global sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent revenue growth across regions.
- Partner with the leadership team to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and expansion plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key international markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, driving both enterprise and mid-market growth.
- Negotiate complex deals with C-level stakeholders, ensuring long-term client value and partnership.
- Lead strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive demand generation initiatives.
- Own the sales forecast, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track sales performance and ROI.
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS, learning, or technology-driven solutions.s.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse and distributed sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales analytics platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
