Sales Director - Maritime / Defence - UK - £90,000-120,000 + Bonus

Darwin have partnered with a Maritime & Defence Technology start-up who are in full international 'growth mode'.

Over 10 years they have grown to 50+ heads and secured 30m in funding, whilst building a great reputation for delivering advanced technology for the Maritime & Defence sector globally.

They are now looking for a Sales Director to be based in the UK, leading their growth and expansion across EMEA.

You will be hands on in building international partnerships and to drive revenue growth across navies, shipyards, defence primes and MoD's.

Experience of Interest

• Proven track record of individual contribution, selling high tech solutions within the Defence & Maritime industry.
• Hunter mentality, opening up and building new international markets (EMEA, UK, NATO aligned).
• Navy / Marine / Military background (not essential).
• Strong understanding of Defence procurement processes and network of decision makers across Navies, coastguards, shipyards and primes.

Pay circa £90-120,000 + bonus. Remote from anywhere in the UK, with regular local and international travel expected.
