Sales Director

• Confidently leading and supporting the Group's New & Used Retail Sales, Fleet and Corporate departments to enhance productivity and sales.
• Promoting customer focused behaviors; putting the customer first.
• Rapport building with associates; internal departments, manufacturers and OEM's.
• Introducing processes; Strategising and setting Team targets.
• Mentoring and supporting the management and support team.
• Ensuring accessibility of relevant Training; for the teams' development; equipping them with the necessary product knowledge and skills.
• Compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Working with the marketing team; Increasing visual identity; offering a seamless online and offline customer experience; by creating campaigns to engage with the local community.
• Representing the Senior Leadership team at Regional and National meetings and events.
• Guiding the stakeholders with options to benefit the business.
• Setting and managing budgets and forecasting; liaising with the accountants department.
• Awareness of market trends; managing the stock levels and pricing.

This role will suit an experienced Head of Business who is accustomed to managing a multi-site sales operation; confident at rapport building and representing the company at National and Regional meetings.

Someone who is able to relocate; with the flexibility to travel between sites and overnight stays; if required; along with a full driving licence.

Basic: £110,000 & OTE: £135,000 + Company Benefits; including assistance with Relocation.
