Sales Director - London/Hybrid working

Our Client is a leader within the Cybersecurity/SaaS software and is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Leader to help with their year on year growth.

As the EMEA Sales Director of Sales, you'll lead and inspire the sales team. Your mission: drive growth, support your team's development, and build lasting relationships with customers. You'll work closely with leaders across the business, shaping the strategy and celebrating wins together.

What You'll be doing:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a talented team of Business Development Executives
• Set clear goals and help your team reach their full potential
• Shape and execute our sales strategy for the EMEA region
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners
• Identify new opportunities and drive business growth
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams
• Track progress and share insights with leadership

What You'll Bring to the team:

• Proven experience leading sales teams, ideally in SaaS
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Inspirational leadership and great communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making abilities
• A collaborative, people-first mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
