• Continue bringing in new business while learning the ropes of the organisation with the view of leading from the front in 18 months' time.
• Bring new business to the company and support long term growth and sustainability by devising and implementing the sales strategy, and setting revenue targets and key performance indicators.

• Drive the sales process from plan to close, demonstrating strong business sense and proven ability to execute sales strategies.
