Role Overview

A full-service marketing communications agency situated in the heart of London is looking for a high performing senior manager to act as the forefront of their sales team. This client works with many industry leaders to help them deliver innovative creative initiatives that connect them to their customers.

They seek a multi disciplined passionate candidate able to understand the client's objectives and their customers' needs. They pride themselves in taking a fresh approach that incorporates collaborative thinking and market research so are looking for someone who can continue to practice this method as they develop their sales team.

Responsibilities

• Foster long term sustainable relationships with external stakeholders and build the client's client base.
• Develop and lead the sales team to maximize effectiveness in client interactions.
• Spot and nurture sales talent to create a high performing team.
• Conduct trend analysis, market monitoring, and results tracking to forecast sales and adapt strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise client longevity and prosperity.

Qualifications

• Experience in the printing, packaging or paper sectors, with preference for large format printing.
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills with a business oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales plans.
• Leadership experience with proven ability to spot, recruit and nurture top sales talent.
