A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are continuing to grow year over year and are building a world-class sales org to help us get there. Our Sales Directors are first-line managers, directly responsible for helping us build world-class sales teams, processes, and deliver on exceptionally ambitious revenue targets. Sales Directors will be responsible for hiring Outbound Sales Executives to manage a territory, generate referrals, and work closely with the partnership org, and to help their team overall closing net new business.

Here at Multiplier, we have an open feedback and coaching environment, which means that you should always coach, join calls, and help your team close deals, and help out wherever you might be needed. We are scaling this company quickly, which means that you need to move fast, like in a scrappy environment, and thrive in a start-up environment, and you have experience from this in the past.

As an SD, you'll be reporting to the VP, Sales, and work closely with your peers and cross-functional stakeholders. Process, efficiency, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.

What you'll do:
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent
  • Create a high-performing culture and environment where your people thrive
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets for your team
  • Help identify and establish referral relationships for your sales team while focusing on the top of the funnel pipeline execution
  • Team up with the sales enablement organisation, and train Sales Executives to deliver incredibly effective demos, and nurture prospects to closed-won
  • Hands on coaching to help develop your talent.
  • Motivate and manage all talent within your remit as a Regional Sales Director.
  • Help build career plans for your employees, and maximize retention of top talent.
  • Help us build a predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales engine.
  • Represent our brand as an evangelist and authoritative voice in the field of remote employment/SaaS, across all relevant channels and marketing/sales events.
  • Provide access to a rolodex of high-value prospects through your personal and professional network.
  • Deliver on quarterly OKRs, with a laser focus on data.
  • Enable the team to sell a mix of Global Payroll, EOR, and Contractor Management
What you'll bring:
  • Min 7 years B2B sales experience, with a track record of achieving quota.
  • Min 4 years of management experience, scaling a team from
  • An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee.
  • The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • An unrelenting desire to drive impact.
