We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Sales Director - Claims & Services to lead our new business acquisition strategy within the motor insurance industry. Reporting directly to the Auxillis MD and working closely with FMG and FMGRS MDs, this role is key in driving revenue growth and developing long-term client partnerships.

The role will focus on winning new business, shaping sales strategies, and managing relationships with top insurers, brokers, and MGAs. A strong commercial mindset, leadership, and industry knowledge are essential for success.

What You'll Do:

1. Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement a new business sales strategy, set targets, negotiate contracts, and oversee bids and tenders.
2. Market Insight & Development: Analyze industry trends, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand positioning.
3. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead a high-performing sales team, represent the company at industry events, update senior leadership, and ensure excellent customer experience.
