Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging with prospects and showcasing how MailChimp can transform their business
  • Source opportunities from inbound lead sources
  • Qualify and handover sales ready opportunities to Account Executives
  • Create lasting and beneficial relationships with Mailchimp stakeholders
  • Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Engage with prospective customers by phone, email & LinkedIn
  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
  • Serve as a product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of the client's value proposition and assessing mutual fit
  • Learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of clients' products and services
Requirements
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaker
  • Strong desire for a career in sales
  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role preferred
  • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to details and follow-through
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
  • Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers
  • Highly collaborative and highly organized individual
  • Ability to work to deadlines
