About the role
As our SDR Manager, you will lead, coach, and grow our team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for a leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine our lead qualification process, build effective outbound strategies, and exceed pipeline generation goals.
What you'll be doing
Team Leadership
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and performance
- Set and track individual and team KPIs (calls, correct connects, conversations, created deals, SQLs, etc.)
Strategy & Execution
- Co-Own the SDR playbook, continuously optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach processes
- Align closely with Marketing to devise strategies that support the continuous increase of outbound pipeline generation
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to develop territory plans for your SDR's, driving clarity over ownership + rules of engagement
Pipeline Development
- Drive predictable pipeline generation across our outbound channel
- Monitor and analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Report weekly/monthly on SDR performance and pipeline contribution
Technology & Enablement
- Ensure proper use of tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Collaborate with RevOps to run ongoing training and skill development
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years in a SDR/Business Development leadership role
- Experiencing recruiting and onboarding SDR's (Graduate level)
- Prioritises personal development, with an evident inclination to coach
- Has led teams of more than 5 SDR's
- Is comfortable and confident collaborating with senior stakeholders in Marketing and Sales
- Is dynamic and energetic - generates enthusiasm by setting the example
What we offer in return
Competitive salary of £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience,plus OTE £25,000
️ 27 days of annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing), with the option to roll over 3 days

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Interview Process
While the exact process may vary slightly depending on the role, our typical interview stages are:
- Introductory Call - A short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner to discuss your background and the opportunity.
- Hiring Manager Interview - A 30-45 minute Teams meeting to explore your experience and fit for the team.
- Technical Task or Presentation - A role-relevant exercise to demonstrate your skills and approach.
- Final On-site Interview - An in-person meeting with our senior leadership team and co-founders at our office.
