Archer connects leading organisations in Pharma, Medical Devices, and Finance with elite IT talent across Europe. We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our Dublin team in a role that offers true autonomy, influence, and a direct impact on revenue from day one.

The Opportunity

What You Bring

• Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years of post graduate professional experience, including at least 9 months in a dedicated sales role with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strategic Mindset: You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex industries like Finance and Life Sciences.
• Presence: This is a Dublin City Centre based role. We value the collaboration and immediate impact that comes from being on site with a high performing team.

Total Compensation Year 1: €50,000+, Year 2: €80,000+
