Sales Development Representative (Enterprise SaaS)

A fast-growing technology company is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Development Representative to join its expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants significant ownership, visibility, and long-term career progression within enterprise software sales.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving outbound business development activity, engaging with enterprise-level organisations, and helping build a scalable pipeline strategy across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
  • Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations
  • Support the early stages of complex B2B sales cycles
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on strategic opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting within CRM systems
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve outbound performance and market reach
Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years' experience in software sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role
  • Exposure to enterprise or consultative sales environments essential.
  • Experience within a start-up environment essential.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Comfortable working with technical or complex product offerings
