Job Description
Hey! Thanks for taking the time to read through one of our open roles. We're looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join our Growth team and we hope this could be a match made in heaven. Who is Peppy? Our mission is to fix healthcare & wellbeing. We do this by supporting the employees of our global clients, including JP Morgan, Disney, Meta, Nvidia, Microsoft, Sony, Clifford Chance, Wells Fargo, Bloomberg, and over 200 others. We are a Series B company with $56m in funding to date. Join us for the ride of your life. What will a day in the life of our SDR look like? 
- Book in meetings with Account Executives from cold & warm outreach.
- Qualify new leads generated by outbound and inbound prospecting.
- The creation and maintenance of email sequences and LinkedIn messages using automation software (Hubspot, Cognism and more) to book first calls.
- Enrolling newly generated leads into appropriate communications paths.
- Tracking and reporting on email sequences, contact rate, and sales campaigns/conversions.
- The finding and collation of opportunity detail, including firmographic information, key stakeholders, company initiatives etc.
- 6 months+ of SDR experience (or similar outbound sales environment). You're comfortable prospecting but ready to join a mission-driven company where your work truly makes a difference.

- Organisation & Accountability: You're structured in your approach, able to manage your pipeline effectively, and stay on top of your outreach targets without letting things slip.
- Tech-Savvy: Preferred experience using sales automation and enablement tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Cognism (or a willingness to learn quickly). - Salary up to £40,000/annum dependent on your experience
- On target commission of £30,000/annum, with additional accelerators for over achievement
