We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Sales team in London. In this role, you will review and approve all new sales opportunities, process software returns and adjustments, and support the UK sales teams with administrative tasks post-sales. You should excel at solving complex problems, learn quickly, and work well in a team to keep operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Support sales team members with opportunity processing.
- Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, and payments.
- Manage hardware shipments.
- Assist customers with billing and subscription inquiries.
- Monitor reports to improve team efficiency and streamline operations.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensure sales comply with financial and legal standards.
- Contribute to company initiatives and projects beyond daily tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What you need to bring:
- Experience in administrative functions.
- Experience in SaaS and/or technology-related fields.
- Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce , Zendesk, Slack.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
