Sales Compensation Strategy Lead

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Sales Compensation lead to design, implement, and evaluate compensation programs for the global sales organization. You will own the yearly design cycle, define.metrics, and partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation drives performance and aligns with OKRs.

You will work across functions in a high-growth environment, applying data-driven insights to optimize payouts, SPIFFs, and plan effectiveness while ensuring accurate, timely payments.
