Job Description
Sales Channel Lead

Location: Dublin Office
Full-Time - Permanent

This role focuses on managing the development, optimisation, and performance of our sales channels across traditional energy products and low carbon solutions.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver the sales strategy across energy and low carbon services through detailed planning and performance management
  • Manage and optimise all sales channel activities, influencing forecasting and pipeline accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across Local Heroes, UK, and direct/indirect sales channels
  • Drive installation demand through key channels, ensuring optimal utilisation of capacity
  • Identify and develop new routes to market to support future growth and channel expansion
  • Collaborate with the Insights Team to shape an integrated lead generation and management strategy
  • Establish, document, and ensure compliance of all sales processes and procedures
  • Build robust sales pipelines and enhance communication platforms
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and maximise digital channel performance
  • Monitor market trends, track performance, and proactively adapt strategy to maintain competitiveness
  • Evaluate and implement the most effective delivery channels for new products, including Smart and Sustainability initiatives
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in sales management within an omni-channel environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical capability
  • Proven track record of developing channel strategies to deliver optimal commercial outcomes
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Structured and organised approach, with the ability to clearly document and communicate insights
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving ability, balancing volume growth with margin performance
