Sales BD Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth, develop high value partnerships, and drive new revenue streams across Ireland.

This role is open ONLY to candidates currently living in Ireland, with the right to work here, a full valid driving licence, and flexibility to travel nationwide on a frequent basis.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the sales function, shape commercial strategy, and manage key national accounts. This is a senior, hands on role for a commercially astute leader who turns insight into action and delivers measurable bottom line results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance manage the sales team and regional managers
• Drive sales growth through new business development, tendering, and strategic partnerships
• Own and grow key national customer relationships with full P&L responsibility
• Identify new market opportunities, channels, and revenue streams
• Negotiate commercial agreements delivering profitable, sustainable returns
• Lead pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
• Champion CRM usage and data driven decision making
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior sales / business development roles (B2B preferred)
• Proven track record of commercial growth and new revenue delivery
• Strong strategic mindset with hands on execution capability
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal closing skills
• Financially literate with strong forecasting and commercial acumen
• Comfortable leading cross functional teams and influencing at senior level

Currently living in Ireland

Full, valid driving licence

Willing and able to travel frequently across Ireland
