Sales Associate, In Stock Management

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and analytical candidate with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to simplify processes, and experience in operational and supply chain excellence within Amazon India's marketplace business.

The AM Associate, ISM will support sellers in growing their sales on Amazon by fostering partnerships that assist with inventory, fulfillment, and logistics needs. The role involves creating an engaging experience for seller partners by providing insights on inventory planning and logistics support. The candidate will also identify improvement opportunities in supply chains, develop solutions, and proactively address potential issues.

This position requires self-motivation, negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will work closely with sellers, Amazon Operations, Planning, and Operations Managers to manage inventory and supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks and ensure SLAs are met according to quality standards.
• Handle multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Develop and update reports on key operational performance metrics.
• Plan tactically and execute assigned tasks effectively.
• Monitor seller/vendor performance and ensure targets are met.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other systems.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

About the Team

The In Stock Management Team supports sellers in ensuring seamless operations with Amazon systems. Responsibilities include helping sellers improve their capabilities, familiarize with Amazon tools, and drive supply chain initiatives. Tasks include managing Fulfillment Center appointments, coordinating with sellers, identifying process gaps, and maintaining records.

Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of sales experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in supply chain or operations is a plus.
