The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with an experienced Sales Representative to support the growth of Stryker's Endoscopy Visualisation portfolio within a defined territory. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that will see you regularly working in hospital and operating room environments.

You will gain first-hand experience of medical sales while developing new skills, knowledge and confidence.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting Sales Representatives in managing and growing a defined sales territory
• Building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff
• Providing in-theatre product support and assisting with procedures
• Delivering product training and education to healthcare professionals
• Supporting product trials and evaluations in clinical settings
• Managing stock, loan kits and consignment inventory within hospitals
• Identifying new business opportunities and feeding insights back to the sales team
• Always acting with patient safety, ethics and customer service as top priorities

What we're looking for

• A BSc degree in Biomedical/Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• An interest in medical devices, anatomy and physiology
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
• A proactive, driven attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in hospital and operating room environments
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in selling and relationship-building
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full, valid driving licence

Previous sales experience is not essential.
