Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude, along with general office duties. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm. And here's what we'd like you to have: Technical knowledge on Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Sales or customer service experience Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch. Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
