Watch Surgery are happy to present a great opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our busy repair team. If you are interested about watches and jewellery this is the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business!

About the Role

Sales Assistant - you'll be a key part of our team, assisting with sales and offering outstanding service to our customers. Previous experience with watch or jewellery repairs would be an advantage but complete training will be given to people with little or no experience.

The ideal candidate will be:

Excellent communicator with inherent gift for discussion

Willing to study and develop your retail and product knowledge

A natural ability to do mechanical or electrical repairs

Well-organised and detail-oriented Polished presentation

Flexibility to work as part of a team and readiness to go the extra mile Available to work any day

Responsibilities:

Sales of watches and jewellery

Giving clear verbal communication with our customers

Booking more complex repairs
