Sales & Operations Assistant

Location: Richmond (fully office based)

Salary: 27k - 33k per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm Friday, 9am - 5pm

We're recruiting for a Sales & Operations Assistant to join a growing and ambitious business in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be at the heart of the business, following up quotations, supporting sales activity, coordinating transport and deliveries, and helping ensure customers receive an exceptional service from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and following up quotations.
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Supporting sales activity and identifying new opportunities.
• Coordinating deliveries, collections and transport arrangements.
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Keeping CRM and sales records accurate and up to date.
• Providing general support across sales and operations.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, administration or operations role.
• Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to get involved.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
