What we look for in a Sales & Events Manager
  • Develop and execute a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year, supported by a detailed sales plan
  • Ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, surpassing customer expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication via email and phone
  • Maximise pre-booked revenue through pro-active outbound sales activities
  • Manage the Collins booking system
  • Oversee and manage all social media platforms to enhance event promotion
  • Collaborate with venue and central teams to maintain consistency in event delivery
  • Gain insights into the local market, including potential clients and competitors
