An established and growing business within the retail sector is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join its friendly team in Exeter.

The Role

As a Sales & Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, handling sales enquiries, and providing essential administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate advice and support.
  • Process orders, maintain records, and carry out general administrative duties.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
