An established and growing business within the retail sector is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join its friendly team in Exeter.

The RoleAs a Sales & Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, handling sales enquiries, and providing essential administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate advice and support.
- Process orders, maintain records, and carry out general administrative duties.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a customer service, sales support, or administration role.
- A confident, proactive, and positive approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
