Sales and Customer Relations Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor to join an established manufacturing business, providing a key link between customers and internal supply chain and logistics teams.

This is a varied, customer-focused position where you'll take ownership of customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, keeping customers informed throughout and working closely with colleagues internally to ensure orders stay on track.

It would suit someone with previous office-based customer service or sales support experience who is confident communicating with customers, comfortable chasing information internally and able to manage several priorities at once.
