Are you the link between our clients, account managers, marketing and our HQ?

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer minded sales administrator to expand our back office team at our fast growing ASUS Europe office. Think Innovate and Work with ASUS, a Technology Leader.


This role is a 6 month position which could lead to further extension depending on the individual performance and company needs.

Job Specifications:

As a sales administrator, your main task is to process payments and support our sales team. Your main responsibilities will be the following:


  • Provide excellent support to our sales and marketing team regarding budget/payment applications and building relationships between our HQ, local office and clients
  • Own our payment process by making accurate payment calculations, communicating effectively internally and externally, and ensure payment process is done correctly and on time
  • Take ownership of various reports and clearly communicate with internal/external contacts
  • Achieve and exceed KPI and other metrics
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned or required


What do we ask from you?

  • A MBO or higher
  • You are able to work full time (40 hours a week)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and advance functions
  • Would be a plus if you have experience in building PowerBI database

  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines, handle tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a customer focused mindset
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Dutch
  • Able to work independently in a team environment
