As a Sales Account Manager on our Cross-Border sales team, you will leverage your sales and programmatic advertising experience to support enterprise self-service clients on the DSP and successfully grow revenue across all solutions. You will own a book of business consisting of the top South East Asia (SEA) based brands who advertise to reach customers globally. In addition to working with clients, you will develop and deepen long term relationship with our enterprise agencies by owning the end to end engagement including: training, onboarding and implementation, campaign setup/optimization, technical support, troubleshooting, and end of campaign reporting.
Key job responsibilities
Client Management & Strategy:
Own end-to-end client relationships with enterprise self-service advertisers and agencies using Amazon DSP
Develop and execute annual brand and media strategies aligned with customer objectives
Hit or exceed assigned revenue targets and business objectives for designated book of business
Navigate multiple stakeholders while bridging organizational gaps to ensure customer success
Technical Leadership & Support:
Lead client onboarding, training, and implementation of Amazon DSP
Serve as primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution
Drive strategic consultation on DSP best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and integrations
Provide first-line escalation support and advocate for clients within Amazon
Performance & Analytics:
Leverage first-party and third-party data to develop pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight campaign recommendations
Design and deliver performance updates and business reviews to key stakeholders
Educate clients on performance metrics, category trends, and consumer insights
Create tailored proposals utilizing Amazon Advertising's full-funnel ad products and measurement solutions
Product Development & Innovation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, GTM, Sales, and Specialists) to drive platform improvements
Maintain consistent client feedback loop to help evolve Amazon DSP into a more client-friendly tool
Identify and communicate growth opportunities to clients and internal teams
Utilize internal resources effectively to drive customer success and satisfaction
5+ years of experience in programmatic and digital advertising, with client-facing responsibilities
Proven experience analyzing data and implementing best practices to assess performance drivers
Demonstrated expertise in digital media, including:
Programmatic advertising platforms
Display/search advertising
Campaign optimization
Analytics platforms
Client management
Strong track record of delivering revenue results and driving customer success
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence key decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to use large datasets to solve complex business and technical problems
Ability to travel to customer offices as needed
Programmatic trading desk or DSP platform experience
Search advertising expertise
Advanced analytical capabilities and experience with complex data analysis
Salesforce proficiency
Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and relationships
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
Experience in developing strategic marketing solutions across multiple channels
